Painter in oils of landscape, coastal & marine subjects, many of them in the West Country, especially St. Ives. He lived at Banbury, Oxfordshire, until 1898 & later at Eastbourne & Llandrindod Wells, Wales. He exhibited at the RA, RSA, Walker Gallery & Elsewhere.
