Dulwich born watercolour painter of Sussex landscapes & portraits. Studied at Heatherly’s & RA, and won the Turner medal. Was a friend of Whistler & lived at Steyning. Published a book on landscape painting. Exhibited widely, including at the RI, ROI, RA RBA & RSA (example in the VAM).
