American born artist working mainly in watercolour. He painted marine subjects depicting sailing and steam ships, including many naval vessels from the time of the First World War. He moved to Hastings in England and painted around the Thames Estuary and English Channel but also travelled to Europe. His works can be found in museums and private collections worldwide.
